Optimize how warehouse workers handle their daily tasks by giving them an overview of their workday, with help from AI, right on their mobile app's workload screen. Generative AI keeps workers informed about shift status. This detailed information about available tasks improves operational efficiency, cuts down on time spent searching for information, and helps you allocate resources across the warehouse floor.
Feature details
The Warehouse Management mobile app in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management includes a workload screen that uses advanced generative AI technology to give warehouse workers an overview of their workday. The workload screen shows crucial information, including the number of remaining work tasks (listed as headers or work lines). It gives detailed information about open work records by type, so workers can quickly understand their day's objectives.
The workload screen gives insights into relevant warehouse operations, such as the number of active warehouse mobile sessions that happen in the same warehouse. This insight creates a more connected and efficient workplace by promoting awareness and coordination among workers.
The workload screen also includes AI-generated insights that give extra information about available work.
