Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When the browser resolution was set to 320 X 256, a portion of the content within the list items’ dropdown menu was not visible in the Personalization page.
  • Narrator announced an incorrect label for the list items within the dropdown menu present in 'Filters' tab of the Personalization page.*
  • When selecting a knowledge article template, a portion of the text within the template dialog was not visible while using light and dark display theme settings.
  • When selecting the "add bookmark" button in a contact record, the Narrator and NVDA screen readers announced contact information instead of describing the bookmark pop up details.
  • The NVDA and Narrator screen reader did not announce the "more options" button within the Bookmarks control in the Customer Service Hub.
  • On iPad, the VoiceOver screen reader did not announce the label name or required field classification when navigating to the “Bookmark name” edit field within an account in the Customer Service Hub.

Unified Interface

  • When performing a knowledge search with a keyword, duplicate records were present in each subsequent search result.
  • When selecting an attachment within an account record from a suggested search result, the attachment side pane did not contain any information.*
  • When using smart assist in a new or existing case record, the knowledge article and similar case suggestions did not load in the productivity pane within the Customer Service Workspace.
  • When selecting an email signature within an activity entity, the "insert signature" dialog box was unresponsive.
  • When performing an advanced lookup search within a filter dialog box, the search bar was unresponsive and the advanced lookup drop down was underneath the filter dialog.*

Solutions

  • An error occurred when opening a new or existing booking entity and navigating to the "Customer" and "Service" tabs, on mobile devices.*
