GDAP relationship analytics

The GDAP relationship analytics page partners have a consolidated view of the use of GDAP relationships for all customers combined. It shows analytics, which helps partners monitor, understand, and take actions to the best advantage of GDAP. It is a crucial page that drives adoption and monitors the usage of GDAP with customers by a partner.

To get to the GDAP Relationship Analytics page:

  1. Sign in to Partner Center and select Insights.
  2. Select Analyze and then select GDAP relationship analytics.

Track metrics

Metrics page.

Partners can view the following information in Summary:

  • Total count of customers in CSP Reseller Relationship with Partner
  • Total count of relationships created by the partner
  • Total count of relationships expiring in next 60 days
  • Total count of relationships that are pending for approval

Relationships

Expiring list: Partners can find a detailed list of all the relationships that are expiring in the next 60 days.

Pending approval list: Partners can find a detailed list of all the relationships that are pending approval.

Expiring GDAP relationships

Partners can view the count of relationships that are going to expire soon so that they can plan for creating a new relationship with customers. Each bar in the chart represents the count of relationships expiring that day.

GDAP expired relationships

Partners can view the count of relationships that has already expired in the past so that they can plan for the creating a new relationship with customers. Each bar in the chart represents the count of relationships expired on that day.

Top Microsoft Entra roles in GDAP relationships

Partners can find the top roles that are used in relationships. This will help partners monitor and avoid any use of roles such as Global Admin for security reason. The true purpose of having GDAP is to have granular roles assigned.

Customers with GDAP

Partners can view the percentage of customers that have GDAP relationships. Partners can use this metric to drive the adoption of GDAP.

Partners can also view relationships that are continuing to use Global Admin. This will help partners monitor and avoid any use of roles such as Global Admin for security reasons. The true purpose of having GDAP is to have granular roles.
