KsFilterMutex rule ()
The KsFilterMutex rule specifies that a KS miniport driver acquires and releases the filter mutex in the correct sequence.
- A KS miniport driver cannot obtain the filter mutex recursively.
- A thread should not release the filter mutex without acquiring it first.
