BOOLEAN (Certificate Enrollment API)

A Boolean value can be TRUE or FALSE. FALSE is encoded as a TLV triplet in which the Value field is zero (0). TRUE is encoded as a nonzero value. The Tag for the BOOLEAN data type is 0x01.
