IEnumWiaItem2::GetCount method
Returns the number of elements stored by this enumerator.

HRESULT GetCount(
[out] ULONG *cElt
);

Receives a pointer to a ULONG that receives the number of elements in the enumeration.
Return value
Type: HRESULT
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
