SQL Server & SQL Azure-Migration Assistant

 SQL Server Migration Assistant 5.0 is now available.

It can be used to simplify the automation of migrating of Oracle, Sybase, MySQL and Microsoft Access databases to SQL server and/or SQL Azure.
