Provides classes that allow you to encapsulate an app's resources and lifetime functionality.

IHostApplicationLifetime	Allows consumers to be notified of application lifetime events. This interface is not intended to be user-replaceable.

IHostedLifecycleService	Defines methods that are run before or after StartAsync(CancellationToken) and StopAsync(CancellationToken).
