Performs a logical comparison of the two SqlDecimal parameters to determine whether the first is less than or equal to the second.

Parameters
A SqlDecimal structure.
A SqlDecimal structure.
Returns
A SqlBoolean that is True if the first instance is less than or equal to the second instance. Otherwise, False. If either instance of SqlDecimal is null, the Value of the SqlBoolean will be Null.
Remarks
The equivalent method for this operator is SqlDecimal.LessThanOrEqual(SqlDecimal, SqlDecimal).
