Creates a new UnicodeRange that includes a specified number of characters starting at a specified Unicode code point.

Exceptions
firstCodePoint
is less than zero or greater than 0xFFFF.

Remarks
Any undefined code points between firstCodePoint
and firstCodePoint

- 1 are included in the UnicodeRange instance created by calling this constructor.
