Converts a TypeCode value to an equivalent DbType value.

Parameters

typeCode: TypeCode

The TypeCode value to convert to an equivalent DbType value.

Returns

DbType

A DbType value that is equivalent to the specified TypeCode value.

Remarks

This method returns an Object instance if no equivalent is found. Types without equivalent database types include DBNull and Empty.
