Gets or sets a value indicating whether cells in the column will match the characters being entered in the cell with one from the possible selections.

The value of the CellTemplate property is null.
Remarks
Getting or setting this property gets or sets the AutoComplete property of the object returned by the CellTemplate property. Setting this property also sets the AutoComplete property of every cell in the column. To override the specified value for individual cells, set the cell values after you set the column value.
