XmlnsDictionary.Seal Method

Locks the dictionary so that it cannot be changed.

This must be done before setting the XmlnsDictionary to a property (typically on a ParserContext). Attempting to modify the dictionary after the XmlnsDictionary is sealed throws an InvalidOperationException.
