How to: View the Report Design (Report Builder)

By default, Report Builder opens a report in design mode. To switch back to design mode after running your report, follow this procedure.

To view your report design

• In Report Builder run mode, click Design Report on the View menu.

  Report Builder switches to design mode and the report layout is displayed.

  Note

  Alternatively, you can simply click the Design Report button on the Report toolbar to display the report layout.
