Introduction

Version 22114 for Power Apps is now available in all regions. This article describes the updates, including the new features, and the fixes to existing functionality, which are included in this update. This version was first made available in preview on Nov 29, 2022, and completed worldwide rollout on Dec 12, 2022.

Fixes and improvements

  • Currency fields render with the correct currency symbol in the Power Apps grid control.
  • Fixed the issue where makers were unable to drag and drop components to form preview.
  • Add messaging so users are aware when they attempt to surpass the 1000 record limit on row selection.
  • Fixed the issue where dragging related menu item to a group added it to the top of the other items in modern form designer.
  • Fixed the issue where Form component was rendering extra properties in modern form designer.
  • Improved accessibility scenarios in modern form designer.
  • Supported inline adding for chart pickers in modern form designer.
  • Supported inline adding for table pickers in modern form designer.
  • Users see a modernized visual for the Power Apps grid control when there are no rows to display.
  • Cards - Fixes the card designer crashing when the user attempted to exit the Dataverse connection configuration wizard.
  • Cards - fixes dragging and dropping controls onto the card canvas - no longer adds an NA text label element and instead adds the correct control.
  • Cards - Makers can now add card descriptions from the cards designer.
  • Cards - Property panel text fields with PowerFX formulas will display a button overlay on mouse hover which redirects to continue editing the field in the Formula Bar with full Intellisense support.
