Pesquisa na Web

A Pesquisa na Web permite que os agentes pesquisem informações de data up-tona Web. Essa ferramenta permite que os agentes respondam a perguntas sobre eventos atuais, encontrem documentação e acessem informações além de seus dados de treinamento.
