Good Day Renato,
Uninstall the Intel driver and install the updated one using the link I posted.
Restart once done and check the display.
Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

Dears, I just bought a new laptop with Windows 11 installed. I use an old external monitor, model Acer X223W which has a 1680 x 1050 resolution. When I connected my laptop to it (using a HDMI to VGA converter), Windows detected it properly, but does not allows the right resolution. When I go to video configurations, the resolution menu only shows 1920 x 1080 and the next option (with the proper aspect ratio, 16:10) is 1440 x 900. My old laptop (Win10 installed) had the right option (1680 x 1050). Any ideas on how to fix it?

Carlo,
When I access the device manager, I have to display adapters shown:
Intel Iris Xe Graphics; and
NVIDIA GeForce MX350
I have to execute the procedure for both or just one of them?
Thanks,
Renato
