3D Scan by microsoft is not available anymore on store

I’m experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately, the download option for 'Microsoft 3D Scan' is missing from the Microsoft Store. You can submit your feedback directly to Microsoft by pressing the 'Windows + F' keys simultaneously.

However, if you would like to install the app, please try this.

1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser and go to the link below.

2. Enter the link you provided in your question into the URL field.
3. Click the 'Tick' option to search for the program.
4. Download the latest version available in MB size.
5. If you encounter an error, select 'Keep' to continue downloading the program.

Once the download is complete, open the file and install the program.

Your device is running the latest version of Windows 10. If this issue began recently, you can try uninstalling the latest updates or performing a system restore to roll back the updates.

If you have already tried these troubleshooting steps and are still having trouble with the Kinect, I recommend posting your query in the Kinect for Windows v2 sensor support forum or contacting an Xbox support representative for further assistance.

Thanks, i had already used kinect v2 on my pc before, but i think it has some windows update problem, because now, when i insert the usb on my pc, it gets connect and instantly get disconnected, i tried to find a fix for it, but no success, my windows version is 22H2

Once you have connected the Kinect camera Windows should automatically install the drivers for you. You can find the drivers under the Cameras section or in the Audio Inputs and Outputs section in the device manager.

If you are unable to locate the driver, try plugging in your Kinect camera on a 2.0 port instead of a 3.0 USB port and check if it helps and also make sure the camera is securely connected.

Kinect for Windows Runtime 2.0 is a package that provides the drivers and runtime environment for Kinect for Windows applications. You can download it from the link below.

i got the file, installed but its not recognizing my kinect camera. is there any driver that i need to have? could you provide the links please? thank you so much
