Sharepoint 2019 e office online server 2019 - External Data Refresh Failed

Boa tarde,

Há dias estou enfrentando um problema para acessar dados externos no sharepoint. Quando tento acessar os dados usando com autenticação o Secure Store, tudo funciona perfeitamente. Agora, quando tento acessar os mesmos dados usando a autenticação do windows, sempre apresenta a mensagem de erro abaixo:
