Hi there,

I am not able to sign in my outlook email. The reason looks like I do not enter on it for a long time. The email that I need to recover is: ******@outllok.com, phone: +55 47 999144692. Note: I have tried to acess it, also I have changed the password for but I have received this message when I try to enter: Please retry with a different device, use a VPN, or other authentication method to sign in. For more details, please see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2317517.

I will be waiting for response.

    The other options are to keep trying until it proceeds, or use another authentication method:

    On the Microsoft account login screen, enter your email and when the password is requested, select "other ways to sign-in" and use one of the available options.

    Hi Rodrigo,

    First, I appreciate your prompt response. I would like to know how long it takes to unblock that email.

    Since I am using a VPN, all my data will be exposed to the VPN, and I do not want to share my info with.

    Is there any way you can help unblock my email, please?

    This error is not related to your account, but to a connection block.

    You can try several times until you progress, use a VPN to circumvent the block, or use another authentication method:

    On the Microsoft account login screen, enter your email and when the password is requested, select "other ways to enter" and use one of the available options.
