PROBLEMA COM BITLOCKER

Question

I have Windows Home and my SSD is locked by BitLocker and I can't unlock it. It asks for a recovery key, but I don't have that key in my Microsoft account. My computer name is GILBERTOASUS23 and the identification key it's asking for is 6B9E89F5-6AD3-4D4F-AB44-76AE122F594B, but I don't have that key in my account. Can you help me?

If you are on version 24H2 and later, the Email account should be displayed on the Bitlocker key screen in a partial format. Did you check it by any chance?

Also, at a point in time, there must be another account, which can be either MSA or your work account or your school account, configured, which might have the key.

You would need to ask the school administrator since the Bitlocker key is in their Active Directory.
