Excessive RAM usage after a BitLocker problem

The other day my computer screen froze (I could only move the mouse and click on icons, but I couldn't open anything). After that, I forced the shutdown a few times until the motherboard activated BitLock. I inserted my bitlock key normally, and the screen error was resolved.

Since then, for some reason, my RAM has been excessively used (50% of 16 gb, which used to be 15-20%) by processes such as: "antimalware service executable", "secure system", and especially all services ending in "host" (of which there are several, and adding them all together it amounts to quite a lot.) and windows widgets just appeared here too (To be clear, all of this never appeared before)

I've already tried several solutions I found online, such as a clean startup, Closing background processes, disabling and enabling things in memory integrity, and even things in CMD, the only thing that temporarily solved the problem was clearing everything in RAMMap, But everything comes back when I turn it off and on again.

I really didn't want to have to factory reset my laptop(Especially since I've seen people for whom even that didn't solve the problem.) that's why I'm here.
