Deserializes a JsonNode into an instance of Microsoft.Azure.PowerShell.Cmdlets.ConnectedNetwork.Models.IDevicePropertiesFormat. Note: the Microsoft.Azure.PowerShell.Cmdlets.ConnectedNetwork.Models.IDevicePropertiesFormat interface is polymorphic, and the precise model class that will get deserialized is determined at runtime based on the payload.
