Comentários

Uma cadeia de exceções consiste em um conjunto de exceções, de modo que cada exceção na cadeia foi gerada como resultado direto da exceção referenciada em sua InnerException propriedade. Para uma determinada cadeia, pode haver exatamente uma exceção que é a causa raiz de todas as outras exceções na cadeia. Essa exceção é chamada de exceção base e sua InnerException propriedade sempre contém uma referência nula.

Para todas as exceções em uma cadeia de exceções, o GetBaseException método deve retornar o mesmo objeto (a exceção base).

Use o GetBaseException método quando quiser encontrar a causa raiz de uma exceção, mas não precisar de informações sobre exceções que possam ter ocorrido entre a exceção atual e a primeira exceção.
