Esses erros ocorrem porque o domínio do aplicativo que o IIS está executando executa o .NET Framework 4 e o serviço WCF espera ser executado em .NET Framework 3.5. Este tópico explica as modificações necessárias para que o serviço seja executado.

Adicionar o atributo targetFramework necessário

  1. Abra o arquivo Web.config do serviço e procure o elemento <compilation>.
