Compares two instances of SqlBoolean to determine whether the first is less than or equal to the second.

Returns
True if the first instance is less than or equal to the second instance; otherwise, false
.
Remarks
If either instance of x
or y
is null, the value of the SqlBoolean will be null.
The equivalent method for this operator is SqlBoolean.LessThanOrEquals.
