Returns a value that indicates whether the specified rune is categorized as a white space character.

Remarks
This method is generally equivalent to querying GetUnicodeCategory(Rune) and comparing the result against any of the values SpaceSeparator, LineSeparator, and ParagraphSeparator. However, there are some Runes in the Control category which are also classified as white space characters, and this method accounts for those values.
