How to: Access Books Online for SQL Server 7.0

Use the following procedures to start Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 Books Online from the Start menu and to locate the SQL Server 7.0 Books Online default installation directory.

To access SQL Server 7.0 Books Online from the Start menu

1. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Microsoft SQL Server, and then click Books Online.

2. SQL Server 7.0 Books Online will start.

To access SQL Server 7.0 Books Online from Windows Explorer

1. From the Microsoft Windows desktop, right-click Start, and then click Explore.

2. Navigate to %ProgramFiles%\MSSQL7\Books. This is the default installation directory for the English-language SQL Server Books Online.
