ConnectString Element (RDL)

Contains the connection string for the data source.

Syntax

<ConnectionProperties>
    ...
    <ConnectString>...</ConnectString>
    ...
</ConnectionProperties>

Element Characteristics

Characteristic	Description
Data type and length	String
Default value	None
Cardinality	1-1: Required element that can occur once and only once.

Remarks

The ConnectString element contains an expression that evaluates to a statement.
