DataCollectionName Element (RDL)

Contains the name of the data element of the collection containing all instances of the group in a report rendered using a data rendering extension like the XML rendering extension.

Syntax

<Grouping>
      ...
        <DataCollectionName>...</DataCollectionName>
     ...
</Grouping>

Remarks

The default value for the DataCollectionName element is the value of the DataElementName element plus the string "_Collection". For example, if the value of DataElementName is "Category", the default value of DataCollectionName is "Category_Collection*"*.
