Microsoft deleted my account, help please

I have a serious problem with my Microsoft account ([***@bolivianomail.com ]).

After my account was hacked, I restored access to it, changed the password and deleted the extraneous data. However, after some time, when trying to log in to the account, the system reports that the account does not exist, although when trying to register the same email, it says that the account already exists.

The problem has persisted for more than 20 days, which is significantly longer than the usual period of blocking or temporary freezing. I cannot access my account and use the services and mail associated with it. Most likely, the account was simply deleted, but I want to restore it. Help if you can, please
