Синий экран и перезагрузка при игре в современные игры.

Question

Когда играю в более-менее новые игры, часто вылетает синий экран и компьютер перезагружается, также это сопровождается коротким писком в наушниках. При этом в игре нормальный фпс, температура видеокарты около 70 градусов, а процессор в среднем нагружен на 70 процентов. А когда смотрю тесты этих же игр даже с более слабыми комплектующими, вижу, что там хоть и не идеальный фпс, но игра работает. Хочется узнать, происходит ли это из-за нагрузки системы, или проблема в другом. Хотелось бы исправить.

Не очень хорошая картина. Ошибки те же самые - "аппаратные" и "неустранимые". И все также связаны с чипсетом/драйвером чипсета. Попробуйте выполнить обновление BIOS до версии 7B89v2L от 2024-08-09: https://ru.msi.com/Motherboard/B450M-MORTAR-MAX...

а также проверьте, установленные модули памяти есть ли в оф. списке совместимых (см. в "Memory by RX-3X00"): https://ru.msi.com/Motherboard/B450M-MORTAR-MAX...

Во всех дампах одна и та же "неустранимая аппаратная ошибка" (A fatal hardware error has occurred). Ошибка вызвана либо некорректной работой драйвера чисета либо аппаратной неисправностью чипсета.

На странице https://ru.msi.com/Motherboard/B450M-MORTAR-MAX... выберите ОС, а затем загрузите и переустановите драйвер чипсета AMD Chipset Driver 6.07.15.126 от 2024-09-30. После переустановки - перезагрузите ПК и понаблюдайте, ушла ли проблема. Напишите о результатах.

Здравствуйте.

Настройте систему на получение минидампов, как на рисунке внизу. После каждого сбоя будет записан отдельный дамп в папке c:\Windows\Minidump. Когда их "накопится" 3-4 шт. - залейте файлы дампов (с расширением .DMP) на какой-нибудь файлообменник, а ссылку напишите здесь.
