surface pro x does not work touch screen properly

Question

i have surface pro x (windows 11) Micr SQ2, and touch screen does not work properly
when switching to regime of touch screen turning on (Human Interface devices
Surface Touch Pen Processor on )
still I am unable to open application by touching screen
but when inside thje application for example, paint i can touch and reaction okey, some drawings there
but i cannot touch any of menu points in the app or close the app
So touch screen does not work properly
What to do? can you advice

If touch works inside apps like Paint but not on menus or app controls, it’s usually a sign of a driver or calibration glitch rather than a full hardware fault. Please try recalibrating the touchscreen in Windows settings and check for the latest Surface firmware updates. If that doesn’t fix it, reinstall the “Surface Touch” drivers from the Surface support site to refresh how Windows handles input.
