После использования спящего режима пропал WiFi и Bluetooth

Question

Не первый вопрос-ответ на эту тему встречаю у вас на форуме, пропадает WiFi и Bluetooth после спящего режима. как быть что делать ?
сначала обновился до 24H2
пробовал все методы из того что мог найти, пока ничего не помогает, пожалуйста помогите

Спасибо за подробную информацию и ссылку. С помощью отправленного вами поста на Reddit вы попробовали все шаги по устранению неполадок по приведенной выше ссылке? Если у вас есть, то делается вывод, что ваша сетевая карта неисправна. Потребуется либо заменить сетевую карту, либо обзавестись внешним USB-адаптером wi-fi.

Сделал все как вы сказали

Bluetooth Support ServiceBluetooth Handsfree Service (if present)

Any Bluetooth User Service entries.

В типе запуска выбрал "Автоматически". Потом сказал, что параметр неверный, и снова проблемы с Wi-Fi и Bluetooth

Это как то связано с использованием спящего режима при котором после пробуждения он не включает wifi обратно, сначала отключился wifi а через некоторое время отключился и bluetooth

May I ask if this started happening after the update?

Please reinstall your drivers from the official Lenovo website.

Your Bluetooth drivers here https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles/2gy50faf43j571c0.exe

Your Wi-Fi Drivers here
https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles/2gy50gafs8k061c0.exe

Please make sure to restart the computer after the installation of each drivers, then please test again.

Let's also check your services if the reinstallation didn't work:

Press Win + R, type

services.msc

press Enter.

In the list, find:

Bluetooth Support Service

Bluetooth Handsfree Service (if present)

Any Bluetooth User Service entries.

For each:

Right-click - Properties.

In Startup type, select Automatic.

Click Apply - OK.

If the service isn’t running, click Start before closing.
