Ошибка при скачивании Windows 11 ISO

Hello,

I am located in Russia and I am trying to download the official Windows 11 25H2 x64 ISO in Russian from the Microsoft website.

When I try to download the ISO, I receive the following message:

“Your request can’t be completed at this time. This service is unavailable to certain users, organizations, and locations. For this reason, using anonymization or location-hiding technologies to connect to this service is generally not permitted.”

Error code: 715-123130

Media Creation Tool also does not allow me to download Windows.

I need the official Windows 11 25H2 x64 Russian Multi-Edition ISO to create a bootable USB drive and install Windows.

Could you please provide a temporary direct download link to the official Microsoft ISO file (for example, from software.download.prss.microsoft.com), if possible?
