Сетевая игра не доступна minecraft

У меня не работает сетевая игра в Minecraft. В настройках конфиденциальности Xbox все параметры стоят «Разрешить», но при попытке зайти в сетевую игру ничего не подключается. Регион аккаунта: Казахстан. Minecraft: [Java или Bedrock]. Устройство: ПК. Помогите, пожалуйста, понять, почему не работает сетевая игра и что нужно сделать.
