Здравствуйте! Я не помню свой логин и пароли от Outlook почты, но у меня есть мой активированный ключ активации для этой почты. У меня есть все чеки и доказательства, что я приобретал программное обеспечение. Куда я могу обратиться, чтобы восстановить доступ?

Just to clear things up right away, this is a public forum staffed by regular users helping other users. We are not Microsoft employees and do not have access to backend account systems, so please keep your activation keys and receipts safe and do not share them here.

The absolute first step here is figuring out your email address, because nothing can be done about a forgotten password without it. Head over to the official lookup page by going to https://account.live.com/username/recover.

You will need to enter an alternate backup email address or a phone number that you might have linked to your Outlook account when you originally set it up. The system will send a security code to that backup contact, and once you enter it on the screen, it will show you a hint of your forgotten username.

Give that a try first, and reply back to let me know if you were able to track down your email address so we can move on to fixing the password.
