Upgrading Sharepoint Server from 2.0 to 3.0 after the TFS 2005 to TFS 2008 Upgrade

One of the most common questions we get from customer during a TFS upgrade from 2005 to 2008 is how to also upgrade their SharePoint server from 2.0 to 3.0.
