Gets the text selection end if text is selected.

The text selection end, the cursor location if there is no selection, or -1 if there is no text selection and no cursor.

Gets the text selection end if text is selected.
If no text is selected, both this method and AccessibilityNodeInfo#getTextSelectionStart() return the same value: the current location of the cursor.
