DiskEncryptionKey	Gets or sets key Vault Secret Url and vault id of the disk encryption key
KeyEncryptionKey	Gets or sets key Vault Key Url and vault id of the key encryption key. KeyEncryptionKey is optional and when provided is used to unwrap the disk encryption key.
