Если свойства уже загружены, они не будут перезагружены. Если они не являются текущими, вызовите Refresh метод объекта, чтобы обновить свойства.

Если отсутствуют достаточные сведения об этом объекте, возникает исключение. Если объект не существует на сервере, метод возвращает .false В противном случае свойства загружаются, а метод возвращает .true
