Notifies the VSPackage that a window's docked state is being altered.

fDockable: Int32

[in] true if the window frame is being docked.

x: Int32

[in] Horizontal position of undocked window.

y: Int32

[in] Vertical position of undocked window.

w: Int32

[in] Width of undocked window.

h: Int32

[in] Height of undocked window.

Returns

Int32

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
