Службы предоставляют адрес издателя в метаданных, если язык WSDL включен, но не используют его для других целей. Клиенты используют адрес издателя для взаимодействия со службой маркеров безопасности. Если значение свойства IssuerAddress равно null, клиенты могут вернуться к использованию службы маркеров безопасности, указанной с помощью свойств LocalIssuerAddress и LocalIssuerBinding в IssuedTokenClientCredential.

Установка этого значения на null или анонимный универсальный код ресурса (URI) WS-AddressingIdentity на стороне клиента приводит к включению свойства CardSpace, если свойству ClientCredentials.SupportInteractive присвоено значение true при определенных обстоятельствах.
