Converts the specified object to a Vector.

context: ITypeDescriptorContext

Describes the context information of a type.

culture: CultureInfo

Describes the CultureInfo of the type being converted.

value: Object

The object being converted.

The Vector created from converting value.

Remarks

To determine whether a conversion is possible without actually performing the conversion, use the CanConvertFrom method.
