Sets the status bar to orientation

Parameters
- orientation
- UIInterfaceOrientation
The specific orientation for the status bar.

if transition to the new orientation should be animated; false
if transition should be immediate, without any animation.

Remarks
This method should not be used if the application is expected to handle rotation automatically. Once this method is called, the status bar will not change automatically in response to rotation.
