Set of flags used to determine which set of templates is retrieved when querying for subscription templates

Fields

None = 0
IncludeUser = 1

Include user templates
IncludeGroup = 2

Include group templates
IncludeUserAndGroup = 4

Include user and group templates
IncludeEventTypeInformation = 22

Include the event type details like the fields and operators
