The NegoData structure contains the SPNEGO tokens ([MS-SPNG] section 2), the Kerberos messages ([MS-KILE] section 2), or the NTLM messages ([MS-NLMP] section 2).<13>

 NegoData ::= SEQUENCE OF SEQUENCE {
         negoToken [0] OCTET STRING
 }

negoToken: An ASN.1 OCTET STRING that contains one or more SPNEGO tokens and all Kerberos or NTLM messages, as negotiated by SPNEGO.
