Обновляет клиентскую область, отправляя сообщение WM_PAINT если область обновления не пуста.

Функция-член UpdateWindow отправляет сообщение непосредственно в очередь WM_PAINT обход приложения. Если область обновления пуста, то WM_PAINT не отправлено.
