TF30172: You do not have permission to create a new team project.
This error occurs when the New Team Project Wizard starts and immediately connects to Team Foundation Server to determine if your user account has been granted permission to create a new team project. If you have the required permission, the wizard continues and you see the various wizard pages. If you do not have the required permission, the wizard stops and displays this error. The Team Foundation Server administrator sets the permissions on your user account.
To correct this error
- Contact your Team Foundation Server administrator and ask that the permission Create new projects be added to your user account. You also need permissions to access Windows SharePoint Services and SQL Server Reporting Services; contact the administrator for those services to have the appropriate permissions added to your user account.
