MessageType.IsResponseRequested Property
The IsResponseRequested property gets or sets a Boolean value that specifies whether a response to an e-mail is requested. This property is optional. This is a read/write property.

Property Value
The IsResponseRequested returns true if a response is requested; otherwise, the property returns false.
Remarks
You must set the IsResponseRequestedSpecified property to true so that the IsResponseRequested property is serialized into the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) request.
